Procedure:
Rabbits were immunized with the FLAG
(DYKDDDDK) peptide conjugated with KLH.
After multiple immunizations in Freund’s
adjuvant, serum was collected and the
antibodies were affinity-purified using the
peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The
affinity-purified antibodies were then conjugated
with Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC). Prior to
conjugation, the antibodies were analyzed by
ELISA and Western blot.

Format:
Liquid. 0.1 mL at 1.0 mg/mL FITC-conjugated
polyclonal antibody in PBS, pH 7.0 with protein
stabilizer and 0.1% sodium azide.
Storage:
Store at 4°C.
Applications and Suggested Dilutions:

ELISA: Use at a 1:5,000 - 1:20,000 dilution.

Western blot: Use at a 1:1,000 - 1:5,000
dilution.
The optimal dilution for a specific application
should be determined by the researcher.
