Isolation of total RNA from yeast

 

The Solar® Yeast RNA Kit is designed for isolation of high quality total RNA from a wide variety of yeast species. Up to 5 x 107 log-phase yeast cultures can be processed for each column. Using an enzyme/beads-beating procedure to efficiently break the cell, combined with an optimized cell lysis buffer, the Solar® Yeast RNA Kit can purify high quality of total cellular RNA from various yeast strains.
